GE Capital Technology Management Services | Details
This 250,000 SF Atlanta corporate headquarters fulfilled GE Capital TMS’ consolidation strategy so several operating divisions could occupy a single location close to the firm’s data-processing center. The building is based on KappaCore, an office model in The Alter Group’s proprietary ReadiDesign™ program, designed for large-scale users with concurrent headquarters and back-office requirements. Despite the difficulties of scheduling Atlanta-based contractors engaged in building venues for the 1996 Olympics and despite the challenges of transporting construction materials through a gridlocked city, The Alter Group delivered this major build-to-suit facility on time.

The Alter Group developed two 225,000 SF, four-story corporate headquarters offices for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation, Quadrangle’s lead tenant. The 60-acre Quadrangle Corporate Park is The Alter Group’s inaugural Central Florida development.
